Detainees with available funds may place commissary orders once per week. Items available through the commissary include:

• Drinks
• Candy
• Snacks
• Games
• Clothing
• Personal hygiene products

Commissary services at the Wayne County Jail are provided by Stellar Services. Orders are placed each Sunday and delivered the following Wednesday.

Please note the following policies:

• All commissary sales are final. Any issues or claims must be addressed directly with Stellar Services.
• Orders are inmate-specific. Commissary may only be purchased for the detainee placing the order; funds may not be shared or transferred between detainees.
• No personal items will be accepted into the jail from the public. All personal care or comfort items must be purchased through the commissary system.
• If a detainee is released before receiving a scheduled order, they will have until Wednesday at 8:00 PM to retrieve it from the jail.

Money on a detainee’s commissary account can also be used for phone time.
